The processing time + delivery time of orders is currently about 7-14 business days. 

Returns

You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep the items.
Please note: a refund of your return can only be made if the items arrive unused. Customized products are excluded from exchange. 

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return shipment will not be reimbursed. The sender is liable for the shipment, so we recommend sending returns only with the possibility of tracking.
